Parató is a family winery located in the heart of the Penedès, a territory of winemaking tradition that we take care of with passion and respect. We are part of the "Vinya, Celler, Masia" collective, proudly fulfilling its requirements: wines made 100% with grapes from our vineyards, produced entirely in our cellar, and rooted in the history and essence of an authentic farmhouse surrounded by vineyards.

We believe in 100% organic viticulture because only exceptional grapes can produce great wine. We work with the most emblematic varieties of the Penedès, combined with others adapted to our terroir, to offer wines with a marked Mediterranean identity.

Our Reserva and Gran Reserva cavas are a reflection of the tradition and know-how of our land: organic, made according to the traditional method, with long agings that bring complexity and elegance.

You will walk through the vineyards, learn about the production process in the winery, and live the unique experience of our underground cellar, where time and silence work their magic.
