At Xerigots, we refine artisan cheeses from all over the world.

The Obrador de Xerigots is located in an old 19th century cellar in one of the most emblematic streets of Vilafranca del Penedès, Carrer Comerç.

This ship hides ancient underground ceramic vats, which were once used to store wine, and which are now optimal spaces for refining unique cheeses. We select cheeses and take care of them in these special facilities, achieving new textures, new nuances, new flavors. We are one of the only tuning centers in Catalonia.
