At Mallart Artesanos Charcuteros, we have been making high-quality sausages by hand for a hundred years in La Llacuna, in the Anoia region, and the imprint of this high-altitude territory is present in each and every one of our products.
Today, the fifth generation of producers, we continue working to offer a varied and select range of different products where tradition and the art of preparation are the main characteristics.

Sausages, black pudding, chorizo, fuets, patés, loin... all our products (cooked, cured and fresh) are made with natural ingredients, handmade, one by one... because each product is unique, like a small work gastronomic art. We make them following local recipes as we have always done, maintaining the essence and being faithful to our origins so that each bite is an experience for the palate.

Since 2018, Mallart Artesanos Charcuteros has been reborn and has gained new impetus from the Mas Albornà Foundation, thus also becoming a social initiative that adds value and commitment to our products. We begin a new stage but maintaining the same essence of our origins and the flavor of tradition.

We invite you to enjoy a secret known for a long time only in the region and to rediscover the authenticity and good taste of well-done things.
