Cal Sisplau

Masía Cal Sisplau is a charming Masía in the heart of Penedés, a unique refuge that combines the authenticity of a Catalan farmhouse with modern comforts. It is in the Cal Sisplau neighborhood, in the municipality of Sant Martí Sarroca and a few kilometers from Barcelona and the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova.

The Masía was built more than two hundred years ago and completely renovated around the 2000s, preserving the stone walls and the original architectural elements, integrating them into a metal structure, giving it a New York feel.

This house belongs to the same family for more than nine generations, being loaded with many memories and unforgettable moments that we want to share with all our guests.

 It is worth explaining that the Masía Cal Sisplau is a single house, but it is divided into three different areas.

 1-The area of the main Masía, which is reserved and closed, for the exclusive use of the owners, administrative and maintenance staff.

2-The rural rental area, which is open to guests, has a capacity for 7 people and has:

• Three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them includes a bunk bed next to the double bed.
• A very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
• A cozy living-dining room, with a table for 8 people and with panoramic views of the Penedés, of the property's Xarel.lo vineyard. Its sliding doors give direct access to the annex, which has a laundry and ironing room, as well as an additional bathroom and shower, for greater comfort when enjoying the pool.
• And in the garden, we can prepare a barbecue in the outdoor dining room, with a large table for eight people. And under the shadow of the large fig tree, more than seventy years old, you will find a cozy Chill out

3- The community area, which is the main entrance to the property and the parking area, is shared by both the owners, workers and guests and has 24-hour video surveillance cameras, to offer greater security.

We are committed to sustainable energy through solar panels to produce hot water and biomass for underfloor heating. We have air conditioners in all rooms. The windows and sliding doors of the dining room are protected with mosquito nets.

We have free Wi-Fi service and firewood for the barbecue.

 Its strategic location between the sea and the vineyards makes it the perfect place to enjoy a vacation, a weekend or a family celebration, disconnecting and enjoying the calm that our land transmits to us.
