Cau Ferrat Museum
The home-studio belonging to painter and writer Santiago Rusiñol (1861-1931), converted into a public museum (1933) as per the artist’s bequest to Sitges, is considered to be the temple of Catalan Modernism. It houses Rusiñol’s art collections (wrought iron, ceramics and glass), ancient art - El Greco – and an important collection of modern art paintings and sculptures with works by Santiago Rusiñol, Ramón Casas, Enric Clarasó, Mas i Fontdevila, Zuloaga and Picasso, among others.
