The Dry Stone in La Bisbal del Penedès.

La Pedra Seca a la Bisbal is located near the town centre of the municipality, accompanied by all the greenery of nature, despite its proximity to the buildings. In addition, the exterior of the municipality rises as if it were a mountain, putting it in high altitude, perfect for the construction of dry stone buildings.

The Pedra Seca de la Bisbal route

The route from Pedra Seca to La Bisbal is a route with a medium difficulty due to its height of 289 m and slopes of 93 m that contain stone steps. It covers 5.71 km in approximately one hour. The route is circular and begins from the municipality of La Bisbal, ascending through the slope where the Pujada de Calç Rotllat is located. Then, it goes down to return near the municipality and finally, after walking through the different farmhouses, it returns to the starting point.
