Gastrocava is the opportunity to rediscover the gastronomic versatility of cava.

We have invented a system of personalised tastings to adapt to your pace without losing warmth or charm. We present the philosophy of the winery, we discuss the cavas and appetisers included in the tasting and we leave so you can enjoy at your leisure. Always with a playful and casual tone, cava is about enjoying and we don't like master classes. Come and rediscover the great versatility of long-aged cavas!

Versatile Cava Tasting 20€

• Discover tasting: Do you like fresh, toasted, fruity cava?
• Includes: 1 traditional cava + 1 xarel·lo cava + 1 rosé cava + 1 cheese.
• Duration: 20 – 30 minutes presentation + at your leisure.
• On Sunday we don't speak English: Catalan, Spanish and French.

Voyage Cava Tasting 33€

• Vertical tasting: How does cava evolve over time?
• Includes: 4 traditional cavas + 3 cheeses or 3 vegetable pâtés.
• Duration: 30 – 40 minutes presentation + at your leisure.
• On Sunday we don't speak English: Catalan, Spanish and French.

Contemplative Cava Tasting 36€

• Singular tasting: Long aging xarel·lo vs traditional blending.
• Includes: 4 Gran Reserva cavas + 3 cheeses or 3 vegetable pâtés.
• Duration: 30 – 40 minutes presentation + at your leisure.
• On Sunday we don't speak English: Catalan, Spanish and French.

Dessert Cava Tasting 20€

• Round and kind tasting: A warm, stylish and digestive moment.
• Includes: 1 rosé cava + 1 old cava + 2 traditional desserts.
• Duration: 20 – 30 minutes presentation + at your leisure.
