Cavasfera is the pleasure of listening when you love and believe in what you do.
At Cava Guilera we like uniqueness and we only make long-aged cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. Minimum 18 months to 18 years of aging to achieve maximum harmony of cava. Small productions: 40,000 bottles per year.
Pere Guilera, third generation and current president of Cava Guilera, will accompany you throughout the experience. Pere is a wise farmer and a small cava businessman, a great defender of the Penedès landscapes and long-aged cava.

Join the sustainable tourism! We have a Renfe train station R4 10 minutes walking from the winery. Station: Lavern Subirats. If you come by train we will ship cava for free. Minimum 6 bottles, only in the Iberian Peninsula.
