At Rovellats we are very lucky to have our own vineyard from which our wines and cavas are born. It is located right in front of the winery with beautiful views of the Penedés and, in the background, the spectacular Montserrat mountain.
Enjoy a fantastic brunch with olives, potato chips, artisan cheeses, Catalan charcuterie, potato omelette, croquettes and a sweet pastry... accompanied by our freshest and most aromatic wines and/or cavas. It is an ideal experience to get out of the city, breathe, relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Before or after brunch we will take a tour of the history of ROVELLATS to delve into the secrets of cava.
We will finish the visit to the place where the Rovellats Cavas are patiently aged, the Rotonda, so called because it is the only known radial cellar.
The visit includes the tasting of two of our RESERVA CAVAS.
Brunch can be either at our table among the vineyards or in the romantinc garden of the winery.
There is nothing better than starting a wonderful day with Rovellats in peace and harmony… Live this experience with family, friends or as a couple, we are waiting for you.
The price includes:
- Bread with tomato, three types of traditional sausage and cheese, potato omelette, croquettes, potato chips, olives, coca with chocolate and a wine/cava for every two people.
- Guided tour of the winery.
- Tasting of two Reserva cavas.
