Keep on with your getaway at the Simón Coll Chocolate Experience. Enjoy the exciting world of chocolate through an impressive audiovisual show with spectacular and innovative images that will take you to the origins of chocolate.

Savour the traditional Catalan cuisine cooked with cava essence at Fonda Neus Hotel. In 1929, great-grandmother Neus and her daughter Teresa started to cook home-made dishes for the cart drivers and guests from their Inn. The Phylloxera menu gather the memories and nostalgy from that time in a tradicional cuisine elaborated with seasonal products.

What does the activity include
  • Visit to the Cava Centre. Tour of the history and culture of cava through large-format immersive audiovisuals and interactive modules, the Phylloxera Festival Space, and a cava tasting at the end of the visit.
  • Visit to the Simón Coll Chocolate Experience with a 3D panoramic audiovisual on the origin of cocoa and the chocolate making process, experimentation with freshly roasted cocoa beans and tasting of cocoa, a chocolate tasting, and access to the store to continue the experience with more than ten different tasting points.
  • Traditional Phylloxera menu made with seasonal products at the Fonda Neus Restaurant, which includes a starter, a main course, dessert, water and bread (cava, wine and coffee aren't included).
