Vendanges: dégustation de raisins et pique-nique gourmand

The harvest is a glorious time. The wineries collect the fruit of the whole year of and the entire Penedès smells of harvest. The weather is also nice: the sun is losing its harshness, the vineyard takes on golden tones and people have a more restful energy.

Grape tasting Pere Guilera:

We will feel the crunch of the skin and how the first juice seeps between the teeth. We will taste new flavours, acidities and sweetness in different states of maturation. And we will compare each new explosion with the still latent memory of the previous one.

Gourmet picnic with Marta Guilera:

At Cava Guilera we believe that cava is the most gastronomic and versatile sparkling. Cava Guilera Gran Reserva, delicatessen cheeses, vegetable pâtés, spicy sausage, pickled quail and Penedès Rooster pâté. We will finish with coffee and two traditional desserts: catanias and carquinyolis.
